At Glenwood Primary School, we believe our pupils are at the heart of school life. We value their voices, ideas and leadership, and provide many opportunities for them to play an active role in shaping our school community.

Through a range of ambassador and leadership roles — including Digital Leaders, PE Monitors, Reading Ambassadors, School Council Members, Take 5 Ambassadors and Talk for Writing Ambassadors — our children take pride in contributing to decisions, supporting their peers, and promoting learning across the curriculum.

These roles help our pupils develop confidence, responsibility, and teamwork while ensuring that every child knows their opinion matters. By empowering our pupils to lead and share their ideas, we are building a school where everyone has a voice and a role in making Glenwood the best it can be.
